“We chose Richard's place both for the location and number of bedrooms. There was plenty of room for our large group with two bedrooms downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. There are two hang out areas inside which are open to one another but far enough apart to hold seperate conversations. It is minutes from the San Mateo Bridge leading west and freeways leading east. We were just over half an hour away from South San Francisco, Half Moon Bay and the Tri-Valley, all of which were destinations……

“This place is adorable - very cozy and exactly as pictured. Check in was super easy and the hosts were responsive. It's the perfect place if you're traveling for work or pleasure. Nicely appointed with everything you'd need (work space, printer, good wifi etc) and very clean. It would feel 'squishy' for more than 2 people and there are train tracks close by (ear plugs worked perfectly). I will definitely stay here again. ”

“The house was very modern and well equipped, felt like home from the moment we arrived very clean and in near perfect condition with a picturesque view of the Delta and Discovery Bay Marina. Enough room to park a 36’ Big Cat boat on there dock.”
