“Overall a good experience. Staff was friendly but not very attentive at first tho it did get busy at times so I can understand. Food was ok, lot of competition around the area so menu could use some work. Hotel room was a dream, but there was a lot of dust in many places and public restroom/loo downstairs in the back of the restaurant area could use some deep cleaning. Also was disappointed that Brewdog no longer makes/sells their Hellcat drink when it was probably their best. Everything is……

“Loved this hotel. Everyone could not have been nicer. Service was extraordinary. My wife and I forgot our passports and also cash in the safe. The hotel concierge sent everything via next day service to our hotel in London. We were so nervous about not getting our passports as we had to leave the country in a few days. Money and passports arrived the next day. They saved our vacation.”

“Great hotel! Modern and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. On the first night of our stay, the air conditioning in our room was not working. After communication with the reception staff at 2am, he checked us into another room immediately. Really appreciate his efficiency as it was already very late. Had a comfortable stay!”

“My family of 4 people enjoyed staying in this serviced apartment a lot as we loved the flat has plenty of space with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living and dining space and the open kitchen. We had no worries to prepare the meals, take shower, sleep and the room was quiet and cosy. There were also enough sockets around the entire flat to rechargre phone batteries while watching tv, sleeping and having meals. Also, we all had a good sleep for 3 nights! The location is great as it is really……

“Staff were super friendly and the hotel was close to everything. Got a complimentary glass of prosecco and nibbles which was a lovely gesture. Room was in the basement and was nice and quiet so had a good sleep. Linen and pillows good quality and toiletries smelt gorgeous. ”
