“Everyone was wonderful except the rep in casino when we had to get new cards rep was rude. Husband was being served and i was waiting. Girl asked if she could help. I mentioned she looked busy and she said she was but she fugured she could help if she had to. Was taken back. Girl that was sevicing husband was wonderful. Made sure we new everything to know.”

“Not as much room services. They provided dishes and glasses, etc, but no dishwasher for washing. You couldn’t adequately hand wash the items as there was no dish strainer, no towels for kitchen.”

“The staff was excellent. Lauren did a fantastic job and went over and beyond to help with places to dine out in the local area. She had the places written on a paper for me upon my arrival, I was so touched. Great employee. Thank you. ”
