“Generally very good. Location: Kilsyth is a convenient location, while the hotel itself is very easy to find and on the main road through the town with ample parking. “Firstly the car park nearly ripped the bottom of my car out. Such deep unavoidable potholes need sorting ! The room was basic but clean with the biggest tv ! The bathroom was spotless. Horrible small cups with saucers, I prefer mugs. The beds were ok, perhaps better mattress toppers would give a more comfortable sleep. The rooms are slightly overpriced in my opinion. Would I go back, No. the staff I saw and spoke to were very friendly. £10 for my dog to share the room was fair. ”
