“Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. King size beds as advertised is not to USA standard sizes, so was smaller than expected. ”

“The pods themselves are great. Very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Did encounter an issue with the heating upon arrival. POD was so hot inside the surfaces were too hot to touch. Never had this happen before. Calls to office and emergency line were not answered. Had to drive around looking for someone and a nice staff, Kirsten, at the event facility helped me. Finally had to disconnect heating completely from pod. Unfortunately had to stay in the pod all night with the doors……

“We had a wonderful stay at Court Residence. The owner/host was very welcoming and friendly upon our arrival. Our room was very clean, nicely furnished, nice amenities. The hotel had provided in-room breakfast items that were extremely helpful and convenient! The train station is just a very short walk from the hotel. Linlithgow Palace and the town square are almost across the street. There were some nice little pubs and restaurants right within walking distance. Overall, we had a wonderful……

“Lovely cabin, but not as clean as expected and no service between nights stay. No ironing board or iron. The view from the large window is a high hedge and car park.”

“I was staying in the local area as part of a Glasgow-Edinburgh Canal walking holiday. The hotel is about a mile or so from the towpath, but is well signposted and there is a footpath alongside the B road near the hotel. My room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. I particularly liked the bar and restaurant, which was had a great vibe and the food was lovely. Thanks!”

“Limited parking space, staff is helpful and friendly, I can see lots of dog owners check in every time passing the reception. Limited resources provided inside the room which is understandable for this price range.”

“Firstly the car park nearly ripped the bottom of my car out. Such deep unavoidable potholes need sorting ! The room was basic but clean with the biggest tv ! The bathroom was spotless. Horrible small cups with saucers, I prefer mugs. The beds were ok, perhaps better mattress toppers would give a more comfortable sleep. The rooms are slightly overpriced in my opinion. Would I go back, No. the staff I saw and spoke to were very friendly. £10 for my dog to share the room was fair. ”
