“Convenient, close to city centre with less than 10 mins walk”

“It is a 'quirky' older hotel with some nice features. Our room was decorated with purple wallpaper covered with pink hearts and had a plastic flower covered swing in the middle of the room. The bed was very high and quite hard to get in or out of. A small stool would have been useful. Some of the other rooms appeared to be very small. On the plus side the building is old (how many centuries?) with lots of character. The food in the pub was excellent - both the included breakfast and the optional……

“The service and condition of the hotel are very good. Except there was black stain (looks like mold stain) and yellow dots on the towel. It is totally unacceptable in such a high ranking hotel. ”

“1/酒店位置行去市中心(唐人街，Bullring, 商場) 大約15-20分鐘。 2/房間設施有些舊，床偏軟 3/浴室門不能關上，可能是大舊的原因，門的厎部緊貼住地面 導致關不上門。 4/窗的開關也難了，不能開窗 5/房間沒有電話，可用whats app 與酒店職員溝通，但大部份時間都只係AI 回覆[收到訊息，職員會聯絡......] 當然最後都係冇人回覆。 5/酒店提供每住滿7天有免費收拾房間一次，但我的情況是約了執房，但當晚返到酒店沒有執到，原來改咗第二日執，完全冇通知。 6/ 酒店唯一優點係水壓強，水力夠。 ”
