“Thoroughly enjoyed the cozy & cute home w/its beautiful views of the lake. Magnificent sunsets and fun watching cardinal family & squirrels sharing the tree, LOTs of wonderful shops & restaurants around the area, particularly enjoyed Huntsville and the oldest functioning restaurant in the state 'Cafe Texan'.”

“The property was less than 10 minutes from the dog event that we were attending for the weekend. Whle the road from the highway to the property is in terrible condition, it was doable. We will definitely book it again for repeat events. I look forward to the weather being warmer so we could enjoy the wayer.”

“We had a great stay. Would highly recommend this cozy cabin the woods. ”

“Description as described. Cabin was cute and comfortable. It rained during our stay, so not much fishing was done and the lake was bit low- no fault of the owners. However, the property was muddy from getting to and from cabin to vehicle. The owners very responsive and friendly.”

“Everything we needed in cabin and everything worked. Very nice stay and well cared for. Hosts were excellent. Will stay again.”

The best part was how easy it was to get to the water. We spent our days fishing right off the dock, and there were so many fish in the lake! We also had a blast jet-skiing on the calm waters. “What a relaxing retreat!! From the front porch coffee views, to hiking around the pond and in the deep woods, this property was EXACTLY what my wife & I were looking for. Yoga on the dock. Meditation on the dock, wine sipping on the dock. Priceless!! We will be returning. ”

“We had a great time at this beautiful cabin! This home had all amenities needed for a relaxing stay! We loved the location being a short walk to the lake and park and being able to watch the fireworks across the lake. The home and outside area was clean, comfortable and we felt at home. We were checked on to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and the owner was very responsive to any questions. Would definitely go back and recommend. “Was fantastic and functional. Peaceful, lots of bird watching from deck. very functional Kitchen, house layout (wish we had come here when we had small kids, even has a secret room under the stairs), deck was huge with massive picnic table. Dock was really nice, but we couldn't get in water due to weather/debri due to storms. AC is very strong and cooled house down quickly. Recommend to go to cute towns nearby, like Huntsville and Conroe, if the weather is not lake friendly. The lake was……

“Thought I was getting a cabin out in the woods, however it turned out to be in a RV Resort with huge swimming pool, huge pavilion for kids, bounce house and a very nice staff!! They even had a little bar area with live music on Saturday night. My only complaint was the band didn't play longer. Can't wait to come back”

“Spent a nice 4 day weekend with my mom and sister relaxing, crafting, reading and just good time spent together. This house was perfect. Quiet neighborhood and big plus it was pet friendly so mom could bring her dog. Owner actually stopped by while we were there to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a nice visit with him. We would definitely stay here again. ”
