“The pictures didn’t awe me initially but we needed a place . Upon arrival I was surprised how clean and kept up everything is. Breakfast is very simple and sufficient. Cute little town”

“Check in was very convenient since it was contactless. Received the door code via text message and letting me know it was ready, which was ahead of check in time. Definitely an older motel, but convenient to highway and where we were going. Bed not exactly comfy but are they ever compared to home?”

“The hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming and hospitable and the breakfast was truly exceptional. We will definitely be staying there again when visiting the area. ”

“Angie did a great job with answering any questions I had before and during my stay. The campground was fun to walk around and explore. There is access to a nice paved trail for biking or walking, and the kayaking was amazing. The town of Big Rapids was just a short drive with a super cute little downtown area. I had the best coffee ever at Belle's Coffeehouse. The Jim Crow Museum at Ferris State University is a must see. My only complaint would be that the hot water in the shower barely lasted……

“This was my first VRBO. I had a few accommodations for my family to meet in order to make this adventure successful. Three grandsons and 1 son are on the autism spectrum and 1 son that has high social anxiety. The fireworks on the lake were phenomenal and gave some the chance to watch from inside the home due to sensory overload. There was enough to do to keep everyone happy and safe and to each their own privacy.The hosts of this home went above and beyond to make this a very relaxing and laid……
