“The property has a beautiful and quiet location on Manistique Lake. Even though the weather was too cool to take advantage of the water, it was a serene and peaceful setting. The house was well supplied with linens and dishes, etc. although it would be helpful to provide washcloths and tub mats in the bathrooms. The property owners were very responsive in dealing with an unexpected heating issue that arose at the beginning of our stay. Check-in and check-out was very simple.”

“The house was very well appointed. It had everything our family needed to celebrate the holidays together. The views are stunning and the house is well cared for. Some cleaning to remedy cobwebs that come with living near the water are needed but did not interfere with our time there at all. ”

“It was easy to find, I loved the process of 'checking in' it was all very easy and the host was amazing and replied in a decent amount of time if you had to contact him. It's such a cute place, I loved the bathroom lights, and the only thing I would add is a few general paintings or pictures around the house cuz the walls seem a little empty.”

“The lake pictures don’t do it justice. So quiet. Almost 180° view of Lake Michigan. The Sandy Beach and the surf were identical to Florida seashore except it was clean water with no sharks. Highly recommend and the house was stocked with anything you could possibly need. Stayed for 5 days at the end of July.”
