“It is a place like no other. Very cool concept and off grid but close to nearby town location. Few Icelandic attractions 30 minutes away. Waterfalls and DC3 wreckage.
Very clean and well organized amenities. Nice showers, hot water, espresso-coffee machine to start the day with your favorite one. Igloos are fantastic, comfortable bed and fresh, crisp white bed linen. With the right weather seeing northern lights would be magical. Self checkin and checkout and very responsive, english speaking……

3/5 Communication - Contactless throughout, emails from the guesthouse provided all necessary info before you checked in. Communication was efficient but no service provided effectively. We couldn’t find the on-site manager in our 8-day stay.

“So so glad I decided to pick this hostel for my trip. Despite having booked the cheapest rooms from one of the cheapest hostels, the room was private, clean, quiet, and even had its own bathroom. "The hotel room and bathroom is big enough for 3 of us but the daily cleaning is not ideal. I still can see some hair and dust still on the floor. Moreover, the housekeeper won’t refill the amenities automatically even she notice that it is no more."
