“We recently had the pleasure of staying at Deer Hill in Warwick, NY, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The property is set on three-acre expanse in a lovely, and ultra-quiet neighborhood. It was an ideal home for our annual family gathering, which includes our 3 adult children, spouses and two young grandchildren. “The house is perfect for a foursome buddy trip and Patrick was great to work with. Next time (and there definitely will be a next time!) we'll be utilizing the bbq and stocking the house with meats and produce from their Farm across the street. “Ok, the house is lovely. The pool is great. The host was a responsive and clear communicator. However, - the stove was broken. The oven door was locked and the electric igniter would click constantly even if we were not using the range. - the kitchen is not well equipped for cooking. The only two pans were tiny omelette pans. The toaster is broken. - the awning on the porch doesn’t work which seemed east enough to fix. - several of the beds are very uncomfortable - I disclosed when booking……

“We enjoyed our stay at this condo. There was plenty of space for us to hang out and sleep. We used the kitchen a lot and for the most part it was well equipped. We could have used more things like larger bowls to mix things or for chips. The downstairs bathroom shower could also use a curtain so that the water doesn’t get everywhere. The condo was easy to find and check in. The owner reached out to make sure we were good which was nice. Overall our family was happy with the unit ”
