“For the dogs: our dogs enjoyed the big fenced-in backyard. There's also a HUGE fenced-in dog run a few minutes drive away. For the humans: My wife and I enjoyed the gaming options (Xbox, Playstation, and an arcade machine). There's a nice little town a few minutes drive away, with a supermarket, CVS, and decent coffee and food options.”

“This cottage is right at the waterfall (a spillway) at one end of a beautiful rustic enclave with a stream and pond. It's equipped with many outdoor amenities including a barbecue, firepit, deck, and Adirondack chairs. The inside is tastefully furnished, well lit, has modern appliances, and come with cooking staples and condiments, as well as welcome snacks. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. We have family in the area, and they were very impressed too.”

“We recently stayed here for the first time in order to visit with our new grandbaby nearby. It far exceeded our expectations - absolutely charming, two good sized bedrooms, working fireplace!, lovely living space, clean, clean, clean, parking spot, anything you forgot (toothbrush, etc.) provided, and a free snack basket! We'll be back. Communication with the host was immediate and helpful. Easy check-in and check-out. Ten stars.”

“We recently had the pleasure of staying at Deer Hill in Warwick, NY, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The property is set on three-acre expanse in a lovely, and ultra-quiet neighborhood. It was an ideal home for our annual family gathering, which includes our 3 adult children, spouses and two young grandchildren. The large in-ground pool was a hit, and was a source of fun and relaxation throughout our stay. The pool has a shallow end and an 8-foot deep end. The spacious great room served……

“Overall this is the cleanest and brightest/cheeriest vacation rental I have ever stayed at. The view of the lake is amazing. There’s plenty of outside space to hang out, relax, and even cook on the grill. The kitchen has microwave, stove, dishwasher, toaster, fridge/freezer. Everything was very clean. Tony was very friendly and responded quickly to my questions. The bed is super firm, linens are provided, the kitchen has cookware, dishes, cups & utensils. There is a dresser that has two empty……

“Ok, the house is lovely. The pool is great. The host was a responsive and clear communicator. However, - the stove was broken. The oven door was locked and the electric igniter would click constantly even if we were not using the range. - the kitchen is not well equipped for cooking. The only two pans were tiny omelette pans. The toaster is broken. - the awning on the porch doesn’t work which seemed east enough to fix. - several of the beds are very uncomfortable - I disclosed when booking……
