“Pros:1. Clean and Tidy rooms2. The photos mentioned online were exactly same the room were.3. All the room had AC.4. TV's had netflix subscription which helped us cut our time at night.Cons:1. Felt the bathroom sliding door was not that good while opening. wheels on the bottom side of the door might help it work better.2. No parking rules were mentioned. I got a parking ticket for the Wednesday alternate parking rule. A print out of the rules in the room might help the future customers.Overall……

“We traveled to and from Jersey and NYC everything was in a reasonable range, and good safe neighborhood. Pictures are just like the property on line, only feedback is a better bed( uncomfortable and loud) and to get rid of the 1 ply toilet paper. Other than place is very clean and brand new! ”

“We stayed one night after Christmas with a family of 6. We slept wonderfully. The accommodations are what we expected. We came in late so we didn’t find parking tight in front, but didn’t have to drive far to find a spot. The best part was the owner/manager of the property. I thought I had booked the place for two nights and I made the silly mistake of not checking out and putting the owner in a terrible bind with the next guests. They kindly put all our belongings in a safe place and enabled……

“Look up this location before booking. Neighbor is as bad as it can get. In the description it states mixed neighborhood. I walked in and 10 minutes later walked out. Had booked the place for 2 weeks and only stayed 10 minutes. Smelled like urine, and all the stains in the living room couch was awful to look at. Holes in the restroom floor and the window had broken blinds so anyone could look the the windows at night. The place should not be listed on any site, because of its non cleaness. In……
