“It was ok for what we needed it for, but because it’s a basement apartment it was dark and smelled musty especially the bathroom. The kitchen had ants and the water pressure was not very strong in the shower or bathroom sink. We ran out of toilet paper and couldn’t find any spare rolls. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. It was only two nights so overall, it served its purpose. ”

“The three of us wanted a weekend to enjoy NYC. Decided to stay further out in Jersey to save some money. Honestly, we only stayed at the rental for sleep and showers. We were out and about most of the day, not returning till 3am or so. The property is extremely clean. It is about an hour's bus drive into NYC. “We stayed one night after Christmas with a family of 6. We slept wonderfully. The accommodations are what we expected. We came in late so we didn’t find parking tight in front, but didn’t have to drive far to find a spot. The best part was the owner/manager of the property.
