“This is a very nice house in a fantastic neighborhood. The house was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room and lots of parking. There are a wide variety of very nice restaurants all within walking distance and a Whole Foods right behind the property. The only downfall to our stay was the beds, they are very firm. Some people might like that but everyone in our group found them to be uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a very nice stay.”

“Good location, walking distance to train to NYC. But "Newly Renovated" is a joke. Furniture is fine but almost everything else feels like junk. Uneven floors, broken glass in window, trashy blinds, doors to bathroom without a lock, dirty kitchen cabinets etc, Baseboards with huge gaps filled with caulk. Gaps around heating pipes filled with paper towels! Huge gaps around window AC allowing noise and cold from outside. Gaps under doors are so big that we witnessed a mouse freely coming into the……

“We had a very nice comfortable stay. Everything was clean and tidy. Plenty of common spaces to gather the family to cook, eat, play games, or watch TV together. The bedrooms were very spacious although a couple were lacking in furniture to either lay open or unpack a suitcase and/ or a nightstand for those things you need close at hand or c-pap machine etc. You will also appreciate to know that this property appears to be and truly feels like an entire house. “Stephanie's little apt. is just exactly like her pictures. It is cute, clean and quiet. It was really hot the first part of my stay and I thought the room acs might be an issue, but no. They were just fine. The little apt was better than a hotel, b/c there was a living/dining area, a bedroom - very cozy, a nice bathroom and a cute kitchen. Everything was clean and new. I had non-trivial issues with the smart lock every night, but once I navigated it for the evening, I definitely felt safe……

“The three of us wanted a weekend to enjoy NYC. Decided to stay further out in Jersey to save some money. Honestly, we only stayed at the rental for sleep and showers. We were out and about most of the day, not returning till 3am or so. The property is extremely clean. It is about an hour's bus drive into NYC. Cons: even with short showers, the water in the shower quickly turned cold, not even allowing the 3rd person to shower right away. There was a lot of noise upstairs, footsteps of running……
