“Great little cozy cottage stay. Perfect get away from SD. Decor is nice and modern. Lots of board games, tons of blankets, sheets, towels, tvs in all rooms. Fireplace helps dry your wet shoes and socks while the nest heating system keeps you warm. Room to run for dog, however snow impeaded this for us as the backyard was feet of snow. Communication with Randy was superb! Anything we needed, he was just a text away with great recommendations. Location is on a “busy”ier road. 5 minute……

“I like the fact that there were many things to do as a family. The place was cozy and comfortable. My children were able to enjoy the game room and the bedrooms were comfortable and spaceous. I liked the views and resources as well as manuals that were available. One thing that stood out and was a great addition was the little book with helpful information of the house, restaurants near by, stores nearby, and things to do near by.”

“House is quaint and charming with beautiful view. Very steep stairs to access the front door and not many flat areas. Deck is very nice and inviting. Beds were not very comfortable but not horrible. Very peaceful and quiet and beautiful city light view at night.”

“Well, as one of my guests said...the photographer should get 5 stars! Pictures were so good it was deceiving. Also, the 4th bedroom for children was not a bedroom at all. Where I come from it would go against fire code. There could have been some instructions on how to use the portable air conditioner since it was 90 Degrees and very warm. The second bedroom should note that it is attached to the master and people had to walk through to get to the bathroom. Could use a deep cleaning.……

“Was a beautiful home - and we enjoyed our short stay- would love to come back and spend time in the area, we were here for a wedding so really didn’t get much down time. Owners were great and replied to questions I had. Only one thing I would say is bring ur own hair dryer because there isn’t one at this house - there was no other negatives, property is beautiful and the balcony and views are just amazing! ”
