“My husband and I stayed for two nights in January. We wanted to get away from hearing or seeing anything about the Inauguration. The meeting house was lovely, calm and relaxing. We enjoyed the historical aspect of “the meeting house” and would love to return.”

“This stay was a gift to my daughter for her birthday - she just needed a "me" day and this was the PERFECT relaxation for her. The host is superior making it the perfect and comfortable little hot spot. My daughter loved this so much she may make this an annual retreat!”

“This was a perfect place to stay for a long weekend of volleyball at Spooky Nook. We were able to relax after tiring days yet not be on top of each other. Everything was very clean and comfortable”

“My Daughter and I needed a fall getaway for some quiet time and this was perfect for a few days. It was very much like a small cottage. The second bedroom is on the 2nd floor and more geared for children but the first floor bedroom is very comfortable and both beds gave a great nights sleep. Beautiful kitchen and comfortable seating in the living room. We had a lovely time.”

“We were in town for a friend's wedding, and so enjoyed our stay in the apartment! Not only was it a convenient 3-minute drive from the venue, but we were very close to downtown Lancaster and all the weekend festivities. Having our own private entry was a bonus due to our early flight home on check-out day. Catherine was quick to respond to any inquiries and was a gracious host. Would highly recommend this quaint apartment for your next stay!”

“Beautifully decorated former schoolhouse has lots of space, well stocked kitchen and perfect little touches like a bag of fresh coffee beans and shampoo, soap and body wash being provided along with linens and towels! The host was wonderful with communication and keyless check in was a breeze! The property was located a short distance from many of our points of interest. Plenty of space with nice large kitchen and living room open space! Clean and cozy! Would definitely stay here again!”

“We loved our stay at spruce edge guest house!! My husband and I truly felt like guests here and we didn’t want to leave due to the hospitality and generosity that overflowed from this place! Lisa and Brian were great hosts and I could tell that if we needed something, they would have done what they could to make it happen, but we didn’t need anything because it was already thought out! The location is great for exploring Lancaster or longwood gardens and I’m sure other areas if you wanted,……
