“This Camp 4 unit delivered a wonderful experience. It was clean, spacious and had spectacular views. Family of 4 had more than enough space. Snowshoe did not have Camp 4 run open which prevented the true ski in/out experience, but we managed. Would stay here again. Thank you!”

“Good for large groups who can tolerate imperfect housing. Old and creaky. Odd pantry/bath layout. Dated appliances kicked breaker. DW ancient. Two of four good beds. Inclosed porch a plus for bikes and such. Furnature otherwise good. ”

“This house was one of those old spacious houses that make you want to go buy one tomorrow. I especially enjoyed the dinning room and the living room. It was incredibly peaceful watching the fire crackle while the new year came in and than in the morning watching my kids eat breakfast with the snowfall as a back drop in the bay window. We have no complaints although anyone wanting to experience this house do take the property managers warning on no local grocery stores. We did but we thought……

“This is a great little ski rental for a family. It was about .25 mile walk to the Powderidge lift. The camp 4 ski trail was closed when we were there in early January, so we ended up walking through the Powderidge Townhomes parking lot and got on the mountain at the Powderidge lift. Everything in the kitchen was very new, nice and clean. It seemed like the owners must have totally restocked the kitchen with all new cookware. The rental was very clean. The furnishings were comfortable and cozy.……

“This place was perfect for our annual friends trip. There were 3 couples and plenty of space! The location was nice and convenient to Powder Ridge lift on the Camp 4 run, which was a nice smooth green to start the day and warm the legs up. The kitchen had all the things we needed to make breakfast/coffee, and lunch and dinner meals for our groups, including a crockpot. We loved the open plan of the main level so we were all able to hang out in the evenings. The fireplace set a nice ambiance……

“Lovely house! We had a ton of snow and it was difficult to get to the property. Luckily we had 4W drive, which is a must. The only thing lacking was coffee mugs. There were 5 which is inadequate for a house that sleeps 20, but otherwise it was well equipped and comfortable.”

“The Condo was located extremely close to Snowshoe and Silver Creek, it was designed & perfect for a skiing/snowboarding family. Plenty of room for all. My grandchildren can’t stop talking about the adventure and can’t wait to do another snowboarding trip! A giant thank you to the owner for allowing us to use his beautiful condo!”

“Stayed her with my wife, 2 1/2 yr old, and Dog, I have no complaints, we had the best time staying here for Christmas, loved being a walk away from a lift, magical going out for firewood while walking the dog. ”
