“When I first arrived to the room, it smelled like smoke and as well as very musty. The people at the front desk were quick to correct this and housekeeping freshen the whole room up and re-vacuumed. So my several nights there were pleasant.”

“The living room air/heat condition does not work”

“I wish they would have let me know they were renovating the property it was super noisy! Also i had to get moved twice because the people above us were stomping all night and then the next room the ceiling fell apart so i had to get moved again! It’s unfortunate because I love residence inn but I wish they would have given me a discount for all the inconvenience and hopefully this place will be better once the renovations are complete ”
