“Received great support from Gabriella and Steve regarding a booking issue with 3rd party. Furniture in standard King room we stayed in was not very comfortable. Would sure be nice to see hotels put more effort on providing comfortable furniture for their guests to relax on. If I new of a chain that made comfortable furniture a priority, I would make them my 1st choice. I stayed in La Qunita years ago and they had a recliner chair which was very comfortable.”

“We checked in at around 9 pm, not a sole in site. So I called the number on the sign and the lady told me to a certain room key. I never saw a person at all. The lady on the phone was friendly. No ice machine or coffee..”
