“This rental ended up being even cuter than the photos! Note that it is a duplex. We didn't have any neighbors during our stay. Nice and clean, and we very much appreciated that the place and the linens didn’t smell of cleaner or fragrances. Great location close to Redwood National Park and the ocean. Our only small issues (which did not detract from our stay at all): the mattress does sag a bit toward the middle, and the bathroom sink drains a little slowly. “Very modern home, very comfortable, nice with new appliances. There was nothing wrong with the property. Easy to find using Google Maps and printed directions. Easy to get out to town and surrounding area . Quite private if you closed the property gate, but since it was at the end of the street that was optional for us. While not important to us, if you are really tall you’ll love it - definitely not cramped!”

“The place accomidated all 8 of us. They have comfortable beds. It was close to town. Just so you know, there is a school across the street, but it didn’t seem to be an issue. The neighbors were friendly! The host was very attentive and answered quickly. ”
