“ラグーナ・プーケット・マラソン2025参加のために宿泊しました。今回は初プーケットで単独での宿泊。最上階7階のレストランからの眺めも最高だし、6階のプールも海と一体になって最高。サウナ、ミストサウナ、アイスルームも気持ち良いです。”

“1/免費泊車2/凌晨可以辦理入住手續3/當晚沒有熱水沖涼4/房間有少量異味，露台同埋睡房可以開窗5/翌日花灑熱水水已經解決，但房間異味不能換房。”

“Everything is good, staffs are very nice and helpful. Good english. Love this place and hope to visit again in better season. It’s quite bad weather in September. ”

“The room is nice and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. You can choose to have breakfast at your villa without extra fee. I also tried the room service for dinner, their green curry is great! There is a SPA at resort, it cost only $1000b for traditional thai massage for a couple, not to mention the massage is very good. Had a great vacation there. However, the location there is not convenient, the price for booking van from resort could be high. So, i booked a van from man gor……

“Air Con Is not insufficient.”

“門鎖不能正常使用，和酒店前台溝通三次之後，酒店前台服務員才跟隨我們去到房間，職員鎖匙咭能夠開啟門口，顧客鎖匙不能夠使用。導致我們花費了1小時才入到房間。 並且不能夠即時安排更換房間，也不能夠即時維修，第二日方才維修。”

“渡假村裡有自己的湖泊真的很棒，可以免費遊湖以及玩水上活動（獨木舟、SUP、帆船），還有超長的泳池，泳池活動也很有趣，水上溜滑梯、踩板道、水上排球、水上足球，都很有趣！設施很齊全：）。可以直接通往沙灘也超棒的，還有數量充足的躺椅，很舒適。甚至有免費接駁公車，可以到附近的市集逛逛，非常方便。”

“寧靜舒適，服務周到，早餐還送到房間享用。美中不足是Red Pool Room1有臭味，Room3門鎖故障”

“The atmosphere in the hotel was very relaxing. We spent a morning in the pool and the beach. The location of the hotel is very good. It is located next to the Bang Tao Beach and also close to the nearby Canal Village Shopping Centre. You could take free shuttle boat rides in the lake area there. It would only take 10 minutes to get to another shopping centre by taxi. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were confirmed to have a late checkout at 15:00 upon our request during our checking.”

“Nice place comfortable room good lovation”

“Some hits and misses. The hotel room was nice and spacious, King sized bed large enough for Asian size… I was in room 224. Bathroom had bath tub although personally I prefer standing shower. Sink’s stopper did not always work well. It become “ stuck” .. water was almost overflowing while the tap leaked as well. Room ‘s aircon was good. Adjustable. Balcony facing the dining area was pleasant too. Can suntan at the balcony. Low rise property. No lifts Two pools and beachfront area. Deck ……
