“Room is clean, though is a bit small with just a couch. Difficult to work on a couch so we requested a chair. The staff was helpful and provide us one. We had a $50 voucher to use, however all of our 3 nights stay the in room dining menu is the same. it could be better if there are more choices. The buffet breakfast is in a different building in the Star. Plenty of choices and is spacious, but the hygiene could be improved. As seen there are insects in the area. Greatly reduced the appetite.……

“The cleanning service was concerned! The used towels were not discard, instead the staff put it back to the shelf and pretend to be a new one. bed sheet was not changed for consegative 4 days! the toliet paper was not refilled! And one day a staff kicked our door for cleaning service at 8 am, does it make sense? Besides, as flights will fly near the hotel, the noise is disturbing. The only advantage if the hotel is it is really close to metro station. ”

“Staying at the Lord Nelson Brewery was perfect. It was unique and comfortable. The location was conveniently located with a short walk to the Sydney Harbour and The Rocks area. When booking keep in mind the rooms are above a brewery and bar so it may be noisy but it was worth hearing the noise below! You won't be disappointed.”

“我大約1時到達酒店.預計放低行李後等下午三點才可入住.當日天氣炎熱.前枱服務員態度非常有禮貌. 好笑容.還給我提早入住.令我非常感激.我一共住宿了四晚.整體基本上設施齊備整潔.雖然不是每日執房間.但也有每日更換毛巾.添置廁紙及日用品.所有員工都非常Nice &Helpful .可能我入住了無障礙房間所以洗澡時如拉上浴簾後顯得有點光線不足.基本上今次住宿非常滿意.只是如可住高層小小及價錢再便宜點就更好了!”
