“Die Zimmer sind geräumig, dabei schlicht aber geschmackvoll. Wir liebten den Blick auf den wunderbaren Garten, den man von allen Zimmern aus hat. Den Bereich am Ufer belegt das Restaurant, das eine exzellente Qualität sowohl bei europäischen, wie bei indischen Speisen serviert. Zudem sitzt man so schön, wie vermutlich bei keinem anderen Hotelrestaurant in Fort Kochi. Wir liebten es, das reichhaltige Frühstücks da einzunehmen. “The front desk and staff were excellent. The room did not have fresh linen when we checked it, and the bedding had stains and was not fresh. The front desk was courteous and changed the bedding with fresh linen on our request. The restaurant is nice, the location is convenient, and overall the property and staff are very good. ”

“レセプションの対応も良くチェックイン時刻前でしたが、すぐに部屋の用意をしてくれて助かりました。部屋の居心地は必要なものがきちんとそろっていてとてもいいです。冷房も細かく設定できるので自分で適温に調整できます。建物全体は一見きれいなのですが、部屋の中の細かいメンテナンスが出来ていないようで、スイッチの一部が壊れていたりします。そういうことを気にしない方なら気楽に滞在できていいと思います。スタッフも真面目でフレンドリーだったし、全体的に快適に過ごせました”
