“This is our 2nd stay at the cottage. They have made changes with an open roof over the patio in the front. Many games, movies, & books to enjoy. A perfect place to getaway for a weekend or week. Very clean!! Nice yard for your dog to roam in!! We highly recommend The Stowaway!! ”

“This home is in a great location if you plan to spend some time at Fellows Lake nearby. Groceries and Springfield are 10-15 minutes away. It is very clean and the rooms are big. It listed "hot tub" as a feature though there wasn't one outside by the pool. The master bath had a jetted tub. Maybe that is what it was talking about. Some of the the beds were also a bit firm. The owner was very attentive and friendly. I'd stay here again.”

“It was great and Jeremy was great at responding and taking care of anything we needed. I only gave 4 stars for accuracy of description because the couch can be slept on but it does not convert to a sofa bed. However, there is a loft bed in the queen room. So there was still enough sleep space. Host said options aren’t given on VRBO to select the actual description. “This house is a cute home that easily slept our family of 6 for the week. The owner/property manager communicated everything we needed at the right time, so checking in and out was easy. It’s an older home and probably not in the nicest of neighborhoods, but it served its purpose for us and we never felt unsafe at any point in our stay.
