“Very centrally located. Minutes' walk to major attactions and right next to the twin towers but quiet enough. The staff is very good and the room clean and very functional. I can't find any refrigerator in the room. The only one more noticeable problem is that during the time of my stay, a delivery truck started their deliveries at around 0630 and lasted until over 7. It created a bit of noise that may affect some people.”

“This was definitely a unique property. It is in a very old building, located right in the piazza, with lots of dining options. We stayed in the Triple Room, on the top floor. There was a loft with another bedroom, but we did not use it. The Views from this room were unbelievable of the Churches and the rooftops. One of the best hotel views I have ever had. Santo Stefano Room. So here's what you need to know: This is not a Full Service Hotel. It is called a B and B, not to be confused with an Air……

“I enjoyed my freedom there. The accommodation is located in very close distance to the Bologna Central Station and shopping amenities. The price for 4 nights were so good , great view from the Balcony , comfortable bed and very clean as well. It was slightly noisy if somebody stays at next door, There was a big stain on a chair and drain wasn’t so good from the shared shower. Otherwise, I really enjoyed staying the place. ”

“Abbiamo pernottato a gennaio. La stanza ci è stata data in perfetto orario rispetto quanto pattuito con la gentilissima responsabile. Posizione centralissima, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla staizone, tra via delle Moline e via Oberdan. Pulita, silenziosa, calda e moderna nell'arredo. Dovessimo tornare a Bologna per qualche notte sicuramente considereremo nuovamente la struttura! ”
