“I will definitely use Giorgi Homes by Wonderful Italy again. Very handy location for exploring Bologna. Only a couple of minor niggles prevented the review being the full 5 stars.”

“As late as 8:30pm the apartment we booked had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Unmade bed, dirty towels, etc. We contacted the lady who had checked us in, only to be told that it wasn’t her responsibility to have the apartment cleaned but that she would try to find someone to do that. When we called her again a little later first she wouldn’t pick up, then proceeded to yell at us. At this point we just left the apartment and checked into a different hotel. Wonderful Italy is a large……

“The property host was very helpful and answered questions quickly, he even came over to help me. The property was so cute, and clean. The bed I slept in was so nice and the area quiet. All of the accommodations at this property lived up to my expectations and were as nice as any high end hotel. I would highly recommend staying here.”

“We enjoyed staying at this lovely apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. It has been tastefully renovated; everything is in its place and is of excellent quality. We enjoyed the kitchen/sitting area setup - especially the variety of snacks and tea and coffee. Having a washing machine is a bonus. Just be aware that your clothes must air dry. Communication with the property manager was exceptional and we felt well looked after during our stay. ”

“Great communication by owner up until arrival. Once issues were idetfied and arose it became sporradic and no one showed up to take care of the issues. Apartment was not cleaned for what seems like weeks prior our arrival. Really filthy. Once escalated we had to stay behind and deal with cleaning staff ourselves rather than owner. Couch/bed was broken upon arrival and never fixed. So listed three beds were never actually available.”

“I have nothing but good things to say. The Owner Francesco welcomed us and provided great recommendations. We had an amazing time in the city. Everything was within walking distance but our area and nice and quiet. Totally recommend this location! ”
