“The house itself was really nice. Despite it being located on the ground floor, we had sufficient privacy. House felt big enough for 5 people. We loved the interior and the location wasn't too far for it to be an inconvenience. However, I felt that there was a lack of communication, particularly when I tried to contact the owner regarding tourist tax application. There was no reply so we had to figure it out ourselves. Other than that, our stay was satisfactory and I will recommend this place to……

“This apartment was gorgeous and spacious, and having a washer and dryer was a special perk after a week away from home. The only minor issue I had was that walking back around 9 pm, a few blocks away, I passed more than one group of men arguing in the street and a man openly urinating on a dumpster. Use caution as always if you’re out late, but otherwise this is a fabulous alternative to a pricy hotel.”

“We loved Bologna, and apartment made it so nice to be there. Kids loved it too. Communication was excellent and lots of information to help with our visit. Location was central so easy to walk around. Huge apartment with kitchen and washing machine. As we were travelling around Italy this helped so much. We would definitely stay there again.”

“We had a lovely stay at this perfectly located apartment. The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us, with a well equipped kitchenette and a beautifully updated bathroom. Everything was squeaky clean and the location is perfect with a beautiful view onto the rooftops of old Bologna. All major sights, shopping and grocery shopping are in easy walking distance. Communication was great and made both checkin and checkout super easy. Highly recommended. ”
