“I booked a triple room, but all the amenities provided were only for one person — one duvet, one towel, one cup, and one set of toiletries. This is clearly unacceptable for a triple room. I reported this to the reception and explained that it was not an urgent request, and I would be fine if the items could be delivered later in the evening. However, the staff showed a poor attitude, were unwilling to help, and simply replied that they were busy without taking any further action. On top of that,……

“Stayed here for one night with my 1 year old.although they forgot to put a cot in, when I asked they were extremely quick to follow up on this and being a cot a d get it set up. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Clean and spacious rooms. Mainly comfy although no air con in the room and it was roasting so had a rough night. The surrounding area is great, the food I. The restaurant is brilliant. All in all a very comfortable stay and would definitely look at staying here again if……

“A well located hotel to the town centre with a pub next door that did great meals, so very convenient. The room was comfortable and clean. ”

“Location is desirable with 20-min walk to the Bus Station. Reception staff are kind and helpful. Safe and tranquil even walking back from Bus Station to the hotel at 9-ish pm. Free carpark and breakfast 👍 Minor drawbacks：no fridge and telephone in the room. Hotel phones can be used in the lobby though.”
