“Check in was easy with very clear and easy to follow directions from the host.The kitchen had everything I needed in the morning and was stocked with many items in the case that I had come empty handed.I asked for a change in room temperature which was handled immediately by the host remotely.The location was two minutes from my destination which was very helpful.”

“We choose this house for its location less than 10 minutes from WPI with enough beds for everyone in our family. Communication with the host was fast and easy. Check-in was simple. The house was clean and ready for our use, including a stash of toiletries (very appreciated as one kid forgot their toothbrush). Bonus was beautiful weather to enjoy waking pass the lake and around the neighborhood. ”

“Very clean property! However, it is not for anyone with mobility impairments. The one bathroom is on the 1st floor and the two bedrooms are up steep stairs. This separation makes going to the bathroom from your bedroom inconvenient. There is also a basement with cement steps adjacent to the bathroom. The basement door to the inside of the home does not lock. There is a secondary door down in the basement itself that locks from the inside but we were unsure about outsider access. "The location of your hotel is quite good, and the two Chinese staff members at the front desk were polite and helpful. However, the room had a strong musty smell, which affected our experience. We checked out on the morning of the 19th, and it has been three days, but our deposit has still not been refunded. During our stay, we also spent one night at another hotel, and their deposit was refunded to us the very next day. I left a message for your hotel last night but have not received any reply, which is quite disappointing. I hope you can look into this matter and process our deposit refund as soon as possible."
