“We are from the area and grew up going to Shelving Rock. Family get together to visit family and relax. No cellular signal AT ALL at the house, which I love. They do have great WIFI though. Make sure you take a screen shot or write down the WIFI password so that you can access your device and check in procedures when you arrive. The house had everything we needed. Spices, cooking utensils, etc. We had 8 guests total, but missed that the 8th individual would need to utilize an air mattress. It……

“Visiting family in Vermont, very charming place to stay, quaint, quiet, fun in the lake, grandkids visited, great cookout, although the steps to the one bedroom were challenging for my handicapped wife, never thought a futon would be so comfortable, especially for me, at 6’2”, 260 lbs, it was great, we had loads of fun, short trips to restaurants, and another visit to Tom and Jerry’s, thanks so much, it was awesome, will be back!”

“Great cabin in the woods. When we stayed we had about 8 inches of snow. Paul had someone already set up to plow and shovel. Lots of great uniqueness in the cabin and already has tons of the stuff you need for your stay. Could not have asked for more from this stay. We will be coming back!”

“The house was very comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and more! The grill worked well too. The view of the lake was wonderful, and having the kayaks a bonus. It would be nice to have a shore access to the lake, but the spot at Sunset Lake is very close by. Everyone was happy to swim at both places. “Quick get away for Husbands birthday. Very quiet with relaxing indoor and outdoor spaces. Wished we had longer to stay. Easy drive to do activities in the area and return to this private beautiful home. The view were beautiful from the deck.”

“This is the second summer staying at this house and again it was perfect . Plenty to do close by and on the lake water was warm and nice sandy bottom for kids to swim . This house has plenty of games and lawn games for families . The host is excellent ! Looking foward to next year !”
