“House was perfect. Close to Okemo and clean cute place. Owner was very responsive to texts and VRBO communication. Would take into account low ceilings in upstairs bedrooms if you are tall. Fireplace is gas. We would def stay again!”

“This was our first ski trip, and one of our most memorable holiday vacations ever. We were seeking a true mountain cabin experience, and we definitely made the right choice. Prime ski slopes were just minutes away with spectacular views all around the area. Robert was an excellent host and made us feel welcome from check in to check out. He was very attentive to our needs and the cabin was well equipped with everything required to make our trip as comfortable as possible for a family of five. ”

“The house was very comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and more! The grill worked well too. The view of the lake was wonderful, and having the kayaks a bonus. It would be nice to have a shore access to the lake, but the spot at Sunset Lake is very close by. Everyone was happy to swim at both places. We enjoyed the house very much, and found things as described. The only slight negatives are the road leading in and the access to the dock. Although every……

“This place is spectacular! The views of the lake are better than the photos and change throughout the day with changing conditions. We saw a bald eagle fly by twice!! The house is small but very cozy with a comfy living room and lovely gas fireplace. It has a great sunroom overlooking the lake, nice little yard with picnic table and a dock. The kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely like to come back. Just a note.. bring drinking water as the tap water is not okay to drink but was……

The amenities were plentiful and we had everything we needed! One disadvantage is the distance from Lake George and the water. “Very quiet and away from it all. If you want some peace and quiet, this is the place. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. It was summer and the upstairs was a bit warm but the A/C works well. We would stay again.”
