“I wasn't disappointed in terms of value for money; contrary to the reviews, this hotel may no longer have the luster of the old Holiday Inn, but I would honestly stay there again on my next visit to Rutland. The room was very nice, clean, with the expected little extras. The bed, bathroom, refrigerator and microwave, air conditioning, and TV were all very good. And what about the location, which is very convenient, with all amenities nearby?”

The only reason it didn’t get a 5 star rating in all areas was the hot water in the rooms was not very hot, but showers were good, just brisk!”
