“I picked this condo because they have two snorkel locations and a beach right next door. Also, Dive Friends is within feet of the front door. It's a corner unit overlooking the bay. Even with the airport right there, the complex was quite with very limited airport noise. The owner, Christine was very responsive and even sent out a very detailed welcome packet. “Our visits are the highlight of our annual vacations to Bonaire. We have stayed at this location in another unit previously. We knew this location at excellent access to the reef and a great little pool. The maintainance of the pool and pool area were excellent. In general this apartment is amazing but a little living care in the kitchen is needed. It would also be helpful to have a drying rack for towels. Martin greeted us and we had a welcome tray of crackers and spreads along with a beverage.”

“I stayed in this very studio several years ago and enjoyed it then. The owner has made several improvements to the unit and it is very comfortable and efficient. Love that its less than 100 steps to the ocean and in a very central part of the island so everything is a short walk or drive away. The other tenants or owners who are here are very nice and they attract a good rental base, but divers are some of the best people in the world! Nice place, thanks Mitzi!”

“This is the second time we have rented this condo. Both times it was extremely clean. It is the perfect location because it is right on the ocean. All the condos here at Sand Dollar have a balcony and an ocean view.Bari reef is right out in front of the property and a snorkeler's paradise. It is a very easy entry and exit.The best thing about this rental is communication with the property manager. I had many many questions and she tirelessly answered them each time within minutes.”

“Nice property. Main road in was closed for construction, so finding it was difficult as directions were flawed. Main problem is poor design, the condo complex does not take advantage of the trade winds so the condo itself is stuffy, the nice front porch collects quite a bit of dust every day, and the beautiful front door lacks screens. If you close the doors, you are protected from mosquitoes (dengue fever, Chikungynya virus are both present on the island) but there is no AC and poor ventilation……
