“We spent a wonderful week here in September 2025. From the moment we arrived to departure, the staff could not have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great position looking down over lake Garda. The facilities are perfect, the Spa and sauna are great and the massage treatment worked a treat. Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange. Frukosten var god med färskpressad juice, olika kaffesorter, bröd, pålägg, kakor och fruktsallad. Ägg tillagades åt dig efter eget önskemål. Väldigt tyst och skönt på hela hotellet. Extra plus för karaffer du själv kunde fylla med vanligt eller kolsyrat vatten och ta upp till rummet. Superbra städat överallt. Ligger precis vid sjön och det finns några……
