“Decent location to what we needed. But honestly I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s a 4 plex that someone redid in IKEA from top to bottom. It’s an older building with thin walls..so I’ll leave the rest to your imagination. First thing we noted was countertops and table were dirty from previous tenants. There were ants in every room with ant traps set up in the corners. Kitchen sink didn’t have cold water. We ran out of toilet paper after the first day. No washcloths. No kitchen towels. No dish……

“Traveled from Tulsa to Tacoma for a week's stay and so enjoyed the proximity of this location as a hub for our PNW day-trips, e.g., Port Orchard foot-ferry to downtown Seattle, Owen Beach, etc. Also, we found access to downtown rail, bus and trolley system just a quick/short walk. Hospitality: Host made the check-in process easy, communicating early and as needed over the course of our stay. Arrived to find wonderful kitchen-living setup for hosting friends/family and updated appliances,……

“This condo was the perfect place to stay for 3 months. The location is convenient to both nature and city activities. Our host was quick to respond when we had small problems pop up. The only thing I wish they had was ac in the bedrooms, but I know that is an atypical amenity of Renton/Seattle. Would definitely rent again! ”

“Halfway between Old Town and the North End, this is an ideal location if you appreciate old homes, access to cool restaurants, medical facilities or the University of Puget Sound. Our family spent a long, graduation weekend, starting each day with coffee on the balcony. The neighborhood is an old, safe, established area, what we really liked.Communications with the owner was easy with quick responses, something to be appreciated when renting someone’s property. Would definitely stay here again!”

Not exactly a neighborhood that offers much outside of proximity to the event space, but was a perfect location as a home-base for exploring the area.”
