“You're on the upper floor of a duplex. Easily accessible with good handrails. It's fairly new with all of the amenities you'll need. Posting says 4 bedroom. There's only 3. Says sleeps 9. Really 7. King & queen beds were very comfortable. Bunkbed matresses were mediocre. Twin air beds were available to round up the 9 posted. Bedding provided was quality. Furnishings elsewhere were nice. Decorating was professional and in good taste. Decent wifi throughout. The train is a block away but white……

“This was a great location to spend our time in the Tacoma–Seattle area. We picked the spot because of its location between Seattle and Mount Rainier National Park. The house was a great size for a family of four. It was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated that the location is a short walk to food and coffee shops. Parking was also very easy. There is a decent amount of train and traffic noise, but if that’s not an issue for you, this is a fantastic spot.”

“The condo was nice and clean, and the property owner was quick to respond and easy to work with. The only thing that I wasn’t perfectly happy with was that some of the areas around the property were a little bit sketchy. Immediately surrounding the condo is fine, but if you walked too far off, you would have some areas that you felt a bit unsafe. Although, that’s kind of to be expected whenever you stay near any downtown.”

“The condo was new, super clean, and close to the main parts of Tacoma. We would stay again. We had some challenges because we did not find the property address or wifi information easily. Better if the information came in an email or was easy to find in the app. Surprises were that there is no assigned and parking on the street is crowded. Also the condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Still, a great place.”

“Really easy to work with everyone here, and it's a really good location at a really good price. Everything we needed for the two of us, in an efficient, clean and well thought out place. We really appreciate not having a laundry list of to-do items on checkout, and really appreciate that everything was easy to coordinate with check-in and everything just worked when we got there. The location is nice as well with easy access to downtown Tacoma and easy access to 5 if you're getting around other……

“This VRBO was exactly what we needed! The location was perfect for all of the Seattle must do’s that we did. The place was great-spacious, well stocked and the location was perfect!! It was very easy to Uber to downtown Seattle for our sunset sail and we enjoyed walking down the Main Street in Burien. A couple of suggestions I would make-a few more strategically placed side tables would be great as well as a couple of extension power strips. Overall, a great place to stay. Carol”
