“First impressions as you pull up are that the neighborhood is great, the waterfront location is great. But this property is dated, and in bad need of repair and TLC. When you walk into the house it only gets worse. The yard is more dandelions than grass and has significant areas where it was just dirt and gravel bits. There was no pleasing landscaping or anything cheery or happy about this house or the property. The dock has rotten boards. Some missing. Others lifted, warped, and the paint……

“My honey and I drove up from Oregon for a concert at Dune Peninsula, and needed a place to stay for the night.The place was convenient to get to the venue. It was off a quite street. We had the "Queen From" small, yet cozy and comfy. A great living area, with a cute fridge and microwave.It was very clean and a great price to boot. I would stay there again.Thanks for a great stay at your place Greg.”

“Great space, clean, quiet, and cozy! Hot tub was fabulous as was the beds! Very comfortable couch to cozy up on! We had a great quiet evening creating memories with my sisters and relaxing away from our kids and normal lives! Thank you for the space to do so! Overall our stay was fantastic and just what we needed. No negatives! I will say if you are planning to cook anything (more than using a toaster oven or making a cup of coffee) this probably won’t be the space for you as stated in the……
