“Overall we enjoyed our stay. We had all we needed as we were mainly at the Mt Rainier National Park both days. We were given light snacks and water which was nice and appreciated the communication from the host. Thank you!”

“First impressions as you pull up are that the neighborhood is great, the waterfront location is great. But this property is dated, and in bad need of repair and TLC. When you walk into the house it only gets worse. The yard is more dandelions than grass and has significant areas where it was just dirt and gravel bits. There was no pleasing landscaping or anything cheery or happy about this house or the property. The dock has rotten boards. Some missing. Others lifted, warped, and the paint……

“We arrived at the property and immediately noticed that the floors were sticky. Carpets were stained all throughout the house and everything was very dirty. We thought we would be able to just clean it up ourselves but even after scrubbing the floors they were sticky. The mattresses were all dirty and 1 was completely unusable. Cleanliness (or non-cleanliness) aside, our biggest problem with this house was that it was completely unsafe. All of the smoke detectors were located in the wrong spots……

I especially loved the thoughtful extras like the Welcome Book, games, travel information, books, and earplugs – they were a really nice touch. I would definitely stay here again when I travel to Tacoma.”
