“Overall our experience was pretty good. Positives: The house itself was new and very clean and there were plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, and enough space for 4 women. Negatives: The location wasn't the greatest as we had to drive a long distance to get anywhere. It was over 90 degrees during our stay and there is no A/C and no screen on one of the bedroom windows, so we had to keep that window closed. “We had a wonderful stay at Mike's property--everything was just as pictured. We appreciated the comfortable beds, welcome snacks and waters, tourism info and great communication with the host. The home theater area with comfy recliners was an added bonus. This home is in a really convenient location, close to grocery stores, restaurants and coffee. “We were here for my neices wedding. I really wanted to give this 5 stars. 4.5 would be more appropriate. First of all, this house is huge. It has hardwood floors, and modern amenities. Of course, the first thing I look for is cleanliness and it definitely checked that box. This place is only about 15 minutes from the airport and has great freeway access to get to anywhere in the Seattle area. It has ample parking for 4 cars. “Property was good, beds and bedding comfortable, lots of room for gathering in family and dining area. The downstairs was great for grandkids that came for a visit, played pingpong and golf putting.
