“This property is located in an area where many old, beautiful homes are being restored, but it is also about a half mile from what appeared to be a soup kitchen. The town appears to have somewhat of a homeless problem, but it would probably be safe enough during the day. This is a residential area with no restaurant, so you'll need a car. “Great one night stay after a bad experience at the Moxy - Downtown Columbia and a Police raid during check-in at the Aloft. What's up with Columbia? The Moxy check-in at the bar was a nightmare. A long line of folks waiting to check-in as bartenders were attending drunks - not cool, cutting edge or even remotely hip. The Staff at the Graduate was prompt, incredibly kind and parking was a breeze. ”

“Great location. Everything feels new. Plenty of close parking (paid by app $12 per day/night). Have a bar that serves food in the lobby (5pm to 10pm); great atmosphere but they need a wait person to help the bartenders. Too long a wait for food and drinks as the 2 bartenders doing it all were slammed. Will stay here again. ”

“Quick, friendly check in. Property is very clean. The only downside to this stay was that we were positioned on the top floor, room at the end of the hall, the shower was great but the water pressure in the sink was a dribble. And, for the first time ever the mattress seemed to be a little saggy. We also noticed that the rug had been swept but was needing some deep cleaning. “We are only here overnight. We arrived at the hotel and had no wait at the desk to check in. I had requested a room close to the elevators in advance and was not disappointed. We were 4 doors away, making it easy for my husband who was recuperating to negotiate. The room was clean and well appointed.”
