“Very convenient location for skiers. Parking is a little tight during high occupancy times, but after all it is in the mountains. Would stay there again for sure. ”

“This was a hard review to write. Technically, everything was presented as listed. However, there were no extra blankets and it took the unit a long time to warm up after arriving to thermostats set at 55, outdoor temp was 15 with an overnight low of 10. The beds only had sheets and a thin coverlet, burrr. The beds need some attention. The king mattress has obvious indentations , like you basically look at it made and see exactly where the “other” bodies laid lol. The bunk bed was so loud ,……

“Nice condo in a good location for a ski weekend. A little dated but overall was clean with the exception of floors as they needed to be mopped. Unfortunately the ceilings are pretty thin and this being a downstairs unit, well, you can hear every footstep upstairs. It was pretty bad the fist night with tenants coming in after midnight and staying up until 2am. Just something to be aware of. All in all it was a good rental for the price and location”

“The best thing that I can say about this property is that owners apparently did some DIY improvements. The photos online are enticing but not exactly accurate. Hemlock Nob condominiums are average, old, and has an HOA which Vacasa would not give us any contact info to take care of outside problems or emergencies. We arrived about 4:30pm on our check-in date and found 6 inches to 1 foot of snow and ice on the 12 steps and front deck leading to the outside entrance door (which had 4 inch……

“Our family vacation was almost ruined by poor property management! It was obvious that the unit was not fit for anyone to stay at! The water heater was removed from the wall and was sitting in the dining area leaking water. There was a dehumidifier that was left on top of the counter with a hose attached to it in the sink. The first person that we spoke to from Vacasa, the property management, was of no help. She told us that our unit and the unit below had water leakage! We asked to be moved to……
