“Description said waterfront. No. Also said private beach access using short wooded trail. NO. The beach access was a long trek through 2 sets of woods and came out im someones driveway. Then walk more down rd to get there. Completely misrepresented. The upstairs smells terrible. Throw smelled terrible. Maybe mold up there or could just need bedding and carpet cleaned after a dirty dog. Right front stove eye knob offline. Is not turned off when it shows off. Dangerous. Biggest issue was……

“This was undoubtedly one of the best properties we've booked. Spotlessly clean - you honestly wouldn't know it was a dog-friendly place unless you read the listing. Folks that aren't even traveling with their 4 legged friend would still be pleased!! The communication and emails leading up to our trip with Sara , the host, was far and above the best experience we've had - she had provided ideas for dog-friendly places to visit , eat etc., and all were perfect - as well as a digital guidebook with……

“E&F is pretty unusual in that there are two cottages joined by a deck system. Our ten days there two couples anchored the trip staying the full time and we took the cottage with two bedrooms. Others came and went and we put them in the other cottage. Worked perfectly! The deck is the gathering place we did all of our socializing there. We’d be at large regatta parties and say “let’s go back to our deck”, it was that nice. We also brought our 19’ center console up and launched it at the town……
