“Good: The room is big relative to its price. The bed is comfortable. The price is cheap. Bad: The key doesn't function well and it is hard to open the door. There is no fan or air conditioner. The area is unsafe. Toilet is smelly when I move in and I have to wash myself. There is no house keeping. It is also a pub so it is noisy at night. It closes at 11pm on weekdays but not sure about weekend. It is better to check yourself if you want to live on weekend.”

“This hotel is next door to the Birmingham Fc football stadium and is in a rough and ready area. The hotel is part of a local pub for those that enjoy a drink. The hotel rooms are decent and the bed was huge. The staff that greeted us and who we spoke to on departure where very friendly. For a reasonable priced city hotel i would defiantly recommend and i would stay again.”

“I kid you not; these are the real pictures of this ‘not so pleasant apartment’. Everything was broken and dirty. The whole apartment smelled of constant cigarette smoke throughout my stay. The cheap price tag is for a reason, and you’ll only find out the hard way. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.”
