“Terrible - no basic facilities such as toilet roll or towels. No response from property when tried to raise issues. Demanded a security deposit before releasing entry details despite having paid in advance of stay. No room in bathroom to stand at sink or sit on toilet. This property is not hotel quality ”

“The room is clean and spacious, however we are very disappointed that the staff were not attentive and the pub was understaff in the morning. We were waiting for almost 30 minutes to order and there was only one waiteress serving. We couldn’t be bothered and had breakfast somewhere else.”

“The hotel has not much service. Hotel room Is spacious. But they always forgot to give you shampoo or shower gel. Room is not very clean. For the price they charge, is a bit overpriced. Also, there is not enough car parking spaces at hotel. It all depends your luck can park at the hotel. The car park is outsourced to other company. So the hotel staff don’t really care your car. Is a bit ridiculous. ”
