“The place was in a perfect location. Short walk down the hill to coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants and shops. Plenty of off street parking. Plenty of room in the house and fully stocked with what is needed. Some of the decor is a bit dated but it does give the place a homey feel. Would happily stay here again.”

“We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The house is about a five minute ride from the T station and about a 20min ride into the city. There are spots for two cars at the house but it's very narrow. My minivan fit but we had to be mindful when opening the passenger door. A larger van would have trouble.The house is very close to the tracks for the T. The noise of the passing trains is startling at first but you hardly notice it by your second night.The weather didn't cooperate for us to enjoy the……

“Overall a nice property. Easy check in and check out process. It's nicely updated. Outlets in bathrooms werent working, brought to attention of owner, so should be taken care of. Nice off street parking. In better weather, couldve been walkablecto grocery store and restaurants. Not a terrible drive to get to major Boston sights. ”

“The purpose of our four-night stay in Roslindale was a family get-together with our son and daughter-in-law who live there. This property in a residential area close to the town center served that purpose perfectly.The property was exceptionally clean and neat. The street parking proved adequate and convenient during our stay. We especially appreciated the speedy snow and ice removal, which would otherwise have been difficult for us to deal with and would have delayed our planned activities.”

“We were in town for the Boston Marathon. Easy to get downtown by train. House was well updated and had everything we needed. Grocery store was close to do our shopping. Not the greatest area but we were with a group so we felt safe. ”

“The perfect house for 4 of us. We spent the days touring the city and the house is located conveniently to the train which made it very easy to get around. The neighborhood is a very quiet street. Walkable to groceries and meals if we didn’t want to get on the train. We would stay there again. ”

Resident was clean and comfortable and well decorated property manager was very quick to respond to any inquiries or questions that we had had had a wonderful! “The property is charming and conveniently located near the red line. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and have our own respite when needed. We went to support my husband in the race. The proximity to Boston meant that we were able to drive to several eateries and historic tours and monuments. There is parking provided however we were able to park in front of our VRBO most evenings. We would definitely stay here again. Boston is a beautiful city full of rich Americana history. ……

“We stayed here with three adults and three pre teens. The moment we first walked in we were welcomed with a strong smell of cigarette smoke and weed. The smell didn’t subside. Not sure if people had smoked in the unit or if the downstairs or upstairs tenants were constantly smoking. Some rooms were worse than others. The pillows smelled deeply of smoke so it wasn’t just a one time incident. The first night people got headaches. We messaged the host but she was adamant that it was a non smoking……
