“Could not say enough good things! The cottage was perfect for my family - my husband and infant daughter. The property was clean and looked exactly like the photos. The neighborhood was quiet with amazing food and coffee shops just a couple blocks away. North Park as home base was perfect for exploring Coranado, downtown and Balboa Park. “This property is exactly as described! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen wsa stocked and the outside area was pristine! The garage space is amazing and will fit a larger vehicle. It was pouring rain when we left and we were struggling to get everything out to the cars. The housekeeper said we could park under the garage overhang to load our things and even helped us get our wagon undercover. “This is a beautiful little beach cottage situated just 2 1/2 blocks from a lovely beach! It was easy to check in and the neighborhood was quiet with the exception of airplanes which we easily drown out by leaving the bathroom fan on! We visited the zoo, Balboa Park museums, Point Loma Tide Pools , Cabrillo National Monument, and of course, the beach! My only complaint is that our stay was too short!”

“Fabulous location. You can walk to the beach, grocery, restaurants. Easy to drive to the zoo, Sea World, Old Town. If there is any downside at all, it’s the parking. We always found a place on the block, but you have to pay attention to times. I would book again!”

“We stayed at this property, for the second time, this Christmas. We were so happy it was available. It was just as nice-if not nicer, somehow-than our first stay. The little house had everything we needed to be comfortable and the neighborhood was as quiet and pleasant as we remembered it being. We couldn't get the furnace to work when we arrived but Renee had the maintenance man there in less than 20 minutes. He needed to light the pilot light. I was so impressed with Renee's speedy……

“The room was small. Bed comfortable. I like that I could walk in all directions in the neighborhood and find stores, restaurants, markets. We had construction noise early in the morning. Parking was a bit tricky but they do have it for an extra charge. It was a nice stay and I would visit again and recommend.”
