“Great House! We wish the location was a little closer to TPC Sawgrass but overall, no complaints when you can get there from Nocatee. Good neighborhood, lots of space and plenty of room.Loft area on 2nd floor is great for relaxing and watching games on the big screen! There should be more trash bags left for a group of 4-5 who’s there for multiple days.We would rent the house again!!”

“We really liked Coffee and CREAMER that was supplied. Washer / dryer available. Fenced in yard! Hangers. Iron. Equipped kitchen. Beach towels and CHAIRS. Comfortable beds. Shower water not hot. Neighborhood was quiet when we were there. Would stay here again. Host quickly answered our questions. Thank you Sophia!”

“Combined my children with their families and a friend with kids to babysit while we attended the wedding Saturday. Had an Easter Egg hunt in the property, several times. Spacious home with 3.5 baths and enough room with even an extra bedroom. Great yard and outdoor bar area. Resident Eleanor, the outdoor cat, was a big hit with the kids as well. Owner was very communicative when needed and checked in on us within first 24 hours to see if we were needing anything. Great kitchen as well!”

“A nice cozy place in a quiet neighborhood. It had everything we needed. The drive to downtown St. Aug was easy. We would stay again!”

“Most items mentioned in online listing were on site. Not all. We could not locate the Ping Pong table and the basketball hoops backboards were coming apart. We played hard with them anyway and had a great time. Our kids spent most of their time playing basketball and fishing. Neighbors are friendly. Overall good time.”
