“We felt very safe during our stay. It was very nice that someone was always present at the front gate to monitor who entered the property. The unit was very clean and the beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on away from home. We had a great time at the pool. It was a very comfortable unit and we really enjoyed our stay. We would not be interested in a time share but would stay as a hotel guest if available.”

“This property is terrific and located in a great spot where you can get anything you need. Great beaches just 20min away. We were here for a family reunion and it was wonderful. Plenty of space for everyone. The pool house is a great bonus spot to stay if you like it quieter. ”

“We loved our stay here! There was so much to do including fishing, swimming, basketball, the game room, puzzles, and board games. We really loved the salt water pool! The property is a straight shot to UF and only takes about 40 minutes. The hostess was wonderful and we hope to stay here again soon!”

“The location and property are as advertised! Super clean! We had a wonderful visit to the area. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. I would just recommend a baking sheet or 2. We didn't have any way to make our garlic bread and breakfast biscuits. :)”

“Pool for swimming, IF you are afraid of swimming with the St Johns River creatures. A canal for fishing with all the after fishing perks. Loads of seating areas outside for talking, games, eating, sunning, reading..... There is even a lone bench, I called the "discipline bench", if you have a child OR adult that needs a timeout! A huge deck over the canal and you can even do some "Florida Glamping" in the bunkhouse. IT IS a "Backyard Oasis"!!!! ”

“House was amazing , super up dated and cozy. Felt like a little home away from home for the weekend. Only thing that made the stay unpleasant was neighbors were loud playing there music most of one night , there was some kinda disagreement or argument across the street with other neighbors. I ran over a glass alcohol bottle one night from one of the neighbors and hadda find a place to plug it.Besides the area it was a really amazing house had everything we needed and felt comfy inside.”

“This clean and cozy home will not disappoint. We stay in VRBO spots often and have had the chance to stay in many different places and really enjoyed this slice of yesteryear. We played golf at Fleming Island golf club 15 min away..very nice! Great Italian was at Vitos Restaurant about 20 min away. This cottage is not far from St Augestine but actually had an interesting history written up in the welcome binder at the front door. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked……
