“The studio apartment was perfect for my wife and I to stay while we visited with family in St. Augustine. The apartment had everything we needed plus the bed was very comfortable. The building, the grounds, and the pool were all beautiful. Our favorite eating places: Canopy Cafe for breakfast, Woodpecker’s BBQ was amazing for lunch, and Whit’s frozen custard was fantastic. We would definitely recommend Porta del Sol. ”

“I needed a place to stay while my relative was in the hospital and this apartment was in walking distance. Also easy walking distance to town center and park. It was just what I needed and Sue with iTrip was wonderful in working to assist me with a last minute reservation and then making it so easy to go on a week to week basis until it was time for us to go home. “I will just list the items that went wrong.1) Day of check in, I had to ask for a door code. Received the door code and not another word. It was the wrong code. Fortunately the last guest left the door wide open. It took a while to find the unit on the back of the building. 2) The place was not cleaned. Dirty dishes, no bed linen in the unit.No towels of any sort. I texted the owner. He brought bed sheets and cleaned the unit. Their answer for towels was two bath towels. No hand towels, no wash……
