“When booking this hotel, we were looking for an authentic Moroccan feel to our stay. We got all we wanted at the Riad Azurite. Each room was lovingly decorated with an artesian touch that immersed you in Moroccan decor. “Dinner choice was minimum and slightly overpriced. Breakfast was a typical Moroccan style, with great bakery. Room it self had a leaking sink, hair uncleaned in bed, very noisy because lack of sound proof measures. Had to go up and down stairs to dine or to go out. Shower pressure was good, staff were friendly and trying to help.”

“A lovely gite in a superb location in a rural area on the edge of the Rif mountains. Fabulous views and birdsong. We had some great trips and short hikes in the mountains, which deserve to be better known. Ferdous, Fatima's sister, looked after us very well, and produced delicious breakfasts and an excellent evening meal. However, to save money, we ate dinners out as it was cheaper. The map on Vrbo shows the location in the medina of Chefchaouen, whereas it is actually a half hour drive……
