“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. “I would definitely stay there again if I am in the area. The room was very clean, and all of the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was included and so were drinks and snacks from 5:30pm to 7:00pm. Beer and wine - 3 drinks per person per day. They were doing some renovations, but the noise and dust were kept to a minimum. The outside of the building and the outside windows were cleaned while we were there. There are lots of good restaurants nearby. A definite yes for me.”

“I never really have a complaint about the staff but when I went to check out and get my deposit I was treated very poorly by Jude. I stay at this location very often 2 times a week. The gentleman at the front desk and also Norma are great. Also the lady that works in the breakfast area Lynn is very friendly. I never dealt with this front desk person but she made me feel very uncomfortable slammed her keys on the desk and all just very rude toward me. I never paid a cash deposit so I don't know……
